    • Design of injection mould with nested multi-directional sequential core pulling and automatic thread-unscrewing

    • A research team has made new progress in the field of plastic joint mold design. For complex structured plastic joints, a composite core pulling mechanism and an automatic thread removal mechanism have been designed to solve problems such as limited space and core pulling motion. At the same time, the pouring, exhaust, and cooling systems have been optimized to effectively ensure product quality and reduce processing and manufacturing costs, providing new ideas for related mold design.
