    • Mould design and molding simulation analysis of low-pressure injection overmolding for upper trim panel on automobile C-pillar

    • This article introduces the research progress of the development of automotive C-pillar decorative panel molds. Experts designed a one mold, two cavity valve type hot runner inverted mold based on low-pressure injection molding technology. The model was constructed and analyzed using UG software to determine the material. Multiple innovative solutions were integrated, and Moldflow software was used for mold flow analysis to verify the rationality of the pouring system and process parameters. This provides scientific basis and engineering reference for the design and molding process simulation of similar automotive interior parts molds.
