    • Mould design of nylon 90° bending pipe joint with 8 cavities

    • In response to the demand for efficient multi cavity production of nylon 90 ° elbow joint plastic parts, experts have designed a fake three plate mold to achieve a layout of 1 mold and 8 cavities. The innovative use of a hydraulic cylinder driven swing arm type elbow core rotating core pulling mechanism effectively solves the problem of core pulling and demolding of the inner wall of the plastic part elbow. The mold structure is reasonable, the production is stable, the molding cycle is ≤ 30 seconds, and the yield rate is ≥ 98%.
