    • Molecular dynamics simulation of impact damage in kevlar fiber/epoxy composites using deep learning potentials

    • Kevlar fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite materials are commonly used in impact resistant and energy absorbing protective structures due to their excellent impact resistance. Experts combined machine learning, first principles, and molecular dynamics methods to study the dynamic damage and failure mechanisms of protective materials under high-speed impact loads, opening up new directions for research on protective materials.
