    • Laser transmission welding performance of GF/PPS composites

    • “In the fields of aerospace, electronics and electrical engineering, a 980 nanometer semiconductor laser galvanometer temperature controlled welding system was used to study the welding performance of glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide composite materials. When the thickness of the transparent layer is 1 millimeter, the maximum transmittance reaches 59.4%, and the shear strength of the welded joint is the highest, reaching 33 megapascals.”
