Influences of synergism between imidization degree and stretching temperature on structure and properties of polyimide films
“In the field of high-performance polyimide film manufacturing, researchers have prepared polyamide acid imide films with different degrees of chemical imidization by changing the amount of catalytic system added. The synergistic effect of imidization degree and stretching temperature on the film properties has been systematically investigated. Research has found that a degree of imidization of about 60% combined with a stretching temperature of 260 ℃ is the optimal process combination to achieve a high degree of order, excellent mechanical properties, and a good balance of optical properties in thin films. This provides a theoretical basis and process optimization path for the precision manufacturing of high-performance polyimide films.”
