    • Effects of hybrid GF on properties of GF reinforced PBT composites

    • “In the field of composite materials, researchers use twin-screw extruders for melt extrusion granulation to produce GF reinforced PBT composite materials. By comparing different types and contents of GF, select the GF model with the best mechanical and anti warping properties. Further research was conducted on the effect of mixed GF on the properties of composite materials, and it was found that in a 30% mass fraction GF hybrid system, the optimal mixing ratio was 60% flat GF TFG-3.0-T436 and 40% round GF ECS-3.0-T436H. At this point, the mechanical and warpage properties of the composite material achieved the best balance.”
