    • Preparation and torsion test of all-carbon fiber composite drive shaft with flange and shaft tube integrated molding

    • “In the field of carbon fiber composite drive shafts, researchers have prepared all carbon fiber composite drive shafts using shaft tube winding and flange flanging and ring wrapping processes, and conducted static torsion tests and torsional fatigue tests for verification. The test results show that the all carbon fiber composite transmission shaft did not fail under the 12000N · m static torsion test, and the torsional stiffness was 1.93 × 10 ^ 5 N · m/rad; No damage occurred in 200000 torsional fatigue tests, meeting normal working requirements. The maximum remaining torsional stiffness is 2.02 × 10 ^ 5 N · m/rad, and the minimum remaining torsional stiffness is 1.89 × 10 ^ 5 N · m/rad.”
