“In the field of new materials, researchers have prepared nylon 6 elastomer modified nylon 12 alloy materials through melt blending, studied the effect of nylon 6 elastomer addition on the mechanical and heat resistance properties of nylon 12, and explored the compatibility between the two. The results indicate that nylon 6 elastomer can improve the toughness and heat resistance of nylon 12, but the two are incompatible at the molecular level.”
