摘要：在分析温控器面壳工艺性能的基础上，设计了一套一模一腔的四面滑块抽芯三板式模具。详细介绍了模具主要结构设计，包括分型面 、浇注系统 、成型零件 、抽芯、顶出与冷却系统的设计，绘制了模具结构图，阐述了模具工作过程 。该模具采用了一模一腔布局，定模仁采用整体式，动模仁采用组合式，由型芯 、小型芯杆 、四面滑块 、斜顶及推管组成，便于加工与维修；浇注系统采用主流道、分流道与单一点浇口的中心共线的设计，流道最短、无弯折 ，利于填充；顶出机构采用了斜顶 、顶杆和顶管组成的复合结构 ，其先复位功能由复位开关、连接柱和注塑机控制；针对动模仁的型腔存有较深狭缝和四面倒扣的设计难点，设计了四面滑块外抽芯机构，由 4 个滑块复位围成的型腔来成型塑件侧壁的外表面及倒扣 ，巧妙地将模具动、定模的配合面沿 Z 向适当偏移分型面，斜导柱置于滑块尾部 ，使楔紧块由定模板挖槽形成。实践证明，该模具结构先进合理 、运行平稳 ，批量生产的塑件质量良好 ，对同类塑件的模具设计具有参考价值。
Abstract：On the basis of analyzing the technological performance of temperature controller shell, a set of three plate mould with one mould and one cavity as well as four side sliders core pulling was designed. The main structure design of the mould was introduced, including the parting surface, feed system, forming parts, core pulling, ejection and cooling mechanism. The assembly drawing of the mould was drawn and the working process of the mould was explained. The layout of one mould and one cavity was adopted, an integral type was used in the fixed mould insert, and a combination type was used in the moving mould insert for easy processing and maintenance, the moving mould insert was composed of the main core, small core rod, four side sliders, inclined top and ejector sleeve. The design of a sprue, a runner and a single point gate with a collinear center was adopted in the feed system, which was conducive to filling due to the shortest runner with no bend. A composite structure composed of an inclined top, an ejector pin and a ejector tube was adopted in the ejection mechanism, and its pre-reset function was controlled by a reset switch, a connecting column and an injection molding machine. In response to the design difficulties of deep slits and four side reverse buckles in the cavity of the moving mould insert, a four side slider outer core pulling structure was designed. The outer surface and reverse buckles of the plastic part sidewall were formed by the cavity formed through resetting four sliders, and the matching surface of the moving mould and the fixed mould was properly offset from the parting surface along the Z direction in a clever way. The inclined guide pillar was placed at the tail of the slider, causing the wedge block to be formed by the groove of the fixed template. Practice proves that the mould structure is advanced and reasonable, running smoothly, and the quality of plastic parts produced in bulk is good, which has reference value for mould design of similar plastic parts.
