摘要:基于水辅注塑 (WAIM) 工艺,通过数值分析研究工艺参数对双弯头弯管弯曲段偏心率的影响。研究发现,熔体温度对弯管件弯曲段平均偏心率影响明显 ,随着熔体温度的升高,弯曲段平均偏心率逐渐减少,但熔体温度变化对弯管件第二弯曲段中心截面处偏心率无明显影响;注水压力对弯管件弯曲段平均偏心率的影响显著,随着注水压力的增加 ,弯曲段平均偏心率逐渐减少,但第二弯曲段中心截面处偏心率仅当注水压力升至 14 MPa 时才出现较明显的下降;注水延迟时间对弯管件弯曲段平均偏心率的影响较大 ,随着注水延迟时间的增加,弯曲段平均偏心率明显增大,但注水延迟时间增加到 2 s 后,两弯曲段中心截面处偏心率趋于稳定。正交试验结果表明,注水压力对弯管件平均偏心率影响程度最大,其次为熔体温度,而注水延迟时间对平均偏心率影响程度最小。在熔体温度为 250 ℃、注水压力为 8 MPa、注水延迟时间为 2 s 时,弯管件平均偏心率最低,表明该工艺参数组合为最优组合。
Abstract:Based on water-assisted injection molding (WAIM), the influences of key process parameters on the eccentricity of bending sections in double-elbow bent pipe components were investigated. The research results show that the melt temperature has a significant impact on the average eccentricity of the bending section. As the melt temperature increases, the average eccentricity of the bending section gradually decreases. However, the variation in melt temperature does not have a noticeable effect on the eccentricity at the center cross-section of the second bending section of the pipe. The injection water pressure has a significant impact on the average eccentricity of the bending section. As the injection water pressure increases, the average eccentricity of the bending section gradually decreases. However, the eccentricity at the center cross-section of the second bending section of the pipe only shows a significant decrease when the injection water pressure reaches 14 MPa. The injection water delay time has a significant influence on the average eccentricity of the bending section of the pipe. As the injection water delay time increases, the average eccentricity of the bending section significantly increases. However, after the injection water delay time reaches 2 s, the eccentricities at the center cross-section of two bending sections tend to stabilize. Orthogonal experimental results show that the injection water pressure has the greatest influence on the eccentricity of the pipe components, followed by the melt temperature, while the influence of the injection water delay time is the smallest. When the melt temperature is 250 ℃, the injection water pressure is 8 MPa, and the injection water delay time is 2 s, the bending section of the pipe has the lowest average eccentricity, which indicates that the combination of this process parameters are the optimal combination.
