摘要:在 NX1857 软件中 ,对发动机进气歧管盖三维造型进行处理 ,并输入至 Moldflow2020 模流分析软件中 ,得出结果 ,模腔在 4.25 s 时被填满 ,同时模腔压力达到极值;塑件总体翘曲量最大为 3.168 mm,出现位置在塑件两端,翘曲率小于 0.8%,验证了水路设置的合理性。将塑件划分为 4 个区域,分别为卡箍成型区 、外观面成型区、内腔成型区、出气口成型区,卡箍成型区内设置了斜导柱 -拨叉机构;外观面成型区内设置了斜抽芯机构;内腔成型区内设置了双斜导柱-滑块机构;出气口成型区内设置了强脱机构。冷却系统采用随形水路,减少了塑件各向温度差,提高了塑件表面光泽的均一性,降低了塑件翘曲量。料流经主热流道板分成 2 支,同时直接进入型腔,在保压、冷却 、固化后形成塑件。注塑过程不产生流道凝料,提高了综合经济效益,优化了生产节拍。模具开启时,三组斜导柱同时动作,驱动相应滑块,沿既定方向运动;拨叉驱动拨块 ,完成卡箍倒扣特征的抽芯;反铲基沿既定运动方向运动与斜抽芯分离,在弹簧的作用下,斜抽芯沿既定运动方向迅速到达限位块处,完成抽芯。 
Abstract:In the NX1857 software, the 3D modeling of the engine intake manifold cover was processed and inputted to the Mouldflow2020 mouldflow analysis software. It is obtained that the mould cavity is filled at 4.25 s, and the pressure of the mould cavity reaches the extreme value. The overall warpage of the plastic parts is up to 3.168 mm, and the warpage rate is less than 0.8% at both ends of the plastic parts, which verifies the rationality of the waterway setting. The plastic parts are divided into 4 areas, which are clamp forming area, outer surface forming area, inner cavity forming area and air outlet forming area. The inclined guide post-fork mechanism is provided in the clamp forming area. An oblique core-pulling mechanism is arranged in the forming area of the exterior surface. A double inclined guide pillar-slider mechanism is provided in the forming area of the inner cavity. A strong release mechanism is provided in the forming area of the air outlet. The cooling system adopts the shape water, which reduces the temperature difference of the plastic parts, improves the uniformity of the surface luster of the plastic parts, and reduces the warping amount of the plastic parts. The material flows through the main heat runner plate and is divided into 2 branches, and enters the cavity directly at the same time, forming plastic parts after pressure holding, cooling and curing; the injection moulding process does not produce runner condensate, which improves the comprehensive economic benefit and optimizes the production rhythm. When the mould is opened, the three groups of inclined guide pillars act at the same time to drive the corresponding slider to move in the established direction; the shifting fork drives the shifting block to complete the core pulling of the collar reverse buckle feature; the backhoe base moves in the established direction and separates from the inclined core pulling. Under the action of the spring, the inclined core pulling quickly reaches the limit block along the established direction of movement to complete the core pulling.
