宽尺寸大厚度蜂窝夹层扰流板制造技术

摘要:复合材料全高度蜂窝夹层结构拥有较大的弯曲强度和弯曲刚度,是一种承载效率较高的结构形式 。但这类结构形式的产品次级零件多,装配关系复杂 ,工艺制造流程繁琐,成型后产品的内部质量及表观质量不易控制 ,存在较高的技术风险 。因此,通过简化次级零件结构组成 、减少装配协调关系、提升胶接质量相结合的方法,以提升全高度蜂窝夹层结构产品的整体质量。以一种宽尺寸 、大厚度的蜂窝夹层扰流板零件为研究对象,从蜂窝芯稳定化、成型工艺方案、组件质量控制和型面精度控制等方面展开研究 ,探究了蜂窝夹层扰流板零件制造过程中的关键技术,解决了零件制造过程中产生的技术质量问题。 结果表明,大厚度大斜角蜂窝芯可以通过倒放在模具内实现稳定化 ,提高芯材的刚性;采用二次胶接成型工艺,可以提高次级零件各环节的加工质量,最终制造的扰流板零件超声检测、X 光检测、零组件质量和贴模间隙均满足设计要求 ,型面精度满足装配需求。该研究成果可应用于飞机的扰流板、舱门等次承力结构中。 
Abstract:The composite full height honeycomb sandwich structure is a structural form with high bearing efficiency, which has the characteristic of large bending strength and stiffness. However, the products of such structural form have many secondary parts, complicated assembly relationships, and complex manufacturing processes, the internal quality and apparent quality of the formed product is not easy to control, which has high technical risk. Therefore, the overall quality of full height honeycomb sand‐ wich structure products was improved by simplifying the composition of secondary parts structure, reducing the coordination of assembly, and improving the glue quality. Based on a wide-size and large-thickness honeycomb sandwich spoiler as a research object, conducting research from the aspects of honeycomb core stability, molding process scheme, component weight control and surface accuracy control, the key technologies were explored and the technical quality problems were solved in the manufacturing process of honeycomb sandwich spoiler. The results show that the large thickness and large diagonal honeycomb core can be stabilized by being inverted in the mold to improve the rigidity of the core material. Finally, by using secondary bonding and improving the processing quality of each link of the secondary parts, ultrasonic detection, X-ray detection, component weight, and die gap of the manufactured spoiler parts all meet the design requirements, and the surface accuracy meets the assembly needs. The research result can be applied to secondary loading-bearing structures of airplane doors and spoilers.
