摘要:以聚醚砜(PESU)作为膜基材,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为致孔添加剂 ,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,水为非溶剂,采用非溶剂致相分离法制备了 PESU 中空纤维膜。依据膜丝外表面形貌结构表征,对膜丝外表面孔结构包括开孔率、平均孔径 、孔径分布等参数进行了统计分析,研究了气隙高度及其相对湿度 、纺丝牵伸倍数、凝固浴温度与喷板温度等工艺参数对膜丝外表面孔结构的影响 。结果表明 ,在气隙高度 30 cm 、气隙相对湿度 70%、牵伸倍数 1 倍 、凝固浴温度70 ℃、喷板温度 30 ℃的条件下 ,可制得外表面开孔情况较好的中空纤维膜;提高气隙高度或者气隙相对湿度都会增加膜丝外表面开孔率,在相对湿度为 70% 时开孔率可达 18.13% ,平均孔径达到最大值 0.23 μm,但孔径大小均匀性下降;随牵伸倍数的增加,外表面开孔率下降 、孔径分布均匀性增加;凝固浴温度的升高有利于外表面开孔;喷板温度的升高则会使膜外表面开孔率下降甚至产生致密皮层。 凝固浴温度为 70 ℃ 时 ,膜的纯水通量达到 530.6 mL/(m2·h ·mmHg)。
Abstract:The polyethersulfone (PESU) hollow fiber membrane was prepared by non-solvent-indeced phase separation with PESU as membrane material, polyvinylpyrrolidone as porogen, N, N-dimethylacetamide as solvent, and water as non-solvent addi‐ tive. According to the microstructure morphology of the membrane, the outer surface pore structure, such as the opening ratio, average pore size, pore size distribution and its full width of half maximum were characterized. The influence of the air gap height relative humidity, drafting ratio, coagulation bath temperature, and spinneret temperature on the surface pore structure were explored. The results show that the hollow fiber membrane with good outer surface opening can be made under the conditions of the air gap height of 30 cm, air gap humidity of 70%, draw ratio of 1, the coagulating bath temperature of 70 ℃ and the spinneret temperature of 30 ℃; the increase of the air gap height or its relative humidity can increase the outer surface pore opening ratio. At 70% RH, the surface pore opening ratio attains 18.13%, and the average pore diameter reaches up to 0.23 μm, but the pore uniformi‐ ty gets worse. When the numerical value of drafting ratio becomes bigger, the outer surface pore opening ratio shows a decreasing trend, the average pore size decreases significantly with the improved distribution uniformity of pore size. The effect of increasing the coagulation bath temperature is mainly to be conductive to the opening of outer surface pore. With the increasing of spinneret temperature, the surface pore opening ratio decreases until dense cortex appears. The pure water flux of the membrane reaches 530.6 mL/(m2·h·mmHg) under the condition of coagulation bath temperature of 70 ℃.
