摘要:以丙烯腈 -丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)、三 (三溴苯氧基)三嗪阻燃母粒、无机抗菌剂 、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)和钛白粉为原料 ,利用熔融共混法制备了兼具抗菌和阻燃功能的 ABS 材料。 研究了抗菌剂种类 、抗菌剂用量、偶联剂添加方式以及钛白粉用量对材料性能的影响 。 结果表明,银离子抗菌剂对材料具有更好的抗菌效果,当其用量增加时 ,材料抗菌率提高,但颜色变暗 ,冲击强度和阻燃性能变差;相比直接加入 KH550 熔融共混的方式,利用KH550 先对抗菌剂进行表面处理,再与其它原料熔融共混得到的材料抗菌性能和冲击性能更佳 ,颜色和阻燃等级与不加偶联剂时接近;添加适量钛白粉能改善材料的色差 L 值,达到协同抗菌作用,且阻燃等级未受影响,冲击强度变化较小。当表面处理的银离子抗菌剂质量分数为 0.8%、钛白粉质量分数为 2% 时,材料的抗菌率大于 99.9%,色差 L 值为94.4,缺口冲击强度达到 16.9 kJ/m2,阻燃等级达到 V-0 级。
Abstract:The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) material with both antibacterial and flame retardant functions was prepared by melt blending from acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, tri (tribromophenoxy)triazine flame retardant master‐ batch, inorganic antibacterial agent, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550) and titanium dioxide. The effect of antibacterial agents, the addition mode of silane coupling agent and the amount of titanium dioxide on the properties of the obtained material were inves‐ tigated. The results show that the silver ion antibacterial agent has better antibacterial performance. When its dosage increases, the antibacterial rate of the material increases, but the color becomes darker, and the notched impact strength and flame retardancy become worse. Compared with the method of directly adding KH550 to the melt blending, the material obtained by surface treat‐ ment of the antibacterial agent with KH550 first and then melt-blending with other raw materials exhibite better antibacterial and impact performance, and the color and flame retardant rating are similar to those without coupling agent. Adding an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide can improve the color difference L value of the material and achieve synergistic antibacterial effect with no effect on the flame retardant grade and little decrease on the notched impact strength. When the dosage of surface-treated silver ion antibacterial agent is 0.8 wt% and titanium dioxide reach 2 wt%, the obtained material has an antibacterial rate more than 99.9%, a color difference L value of 94.4, a notched impact strength of 16.9 kJ/m2, and a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0.
