摘要:以 1,5-戊二胺、癸二酸、对苯二甲酸为单体,分别采用熔融缩聚法和溶液预聚-固相后聚法,合成了一系列共聚组成的生物基半芳香族尼龙共聚物 (PA 5T/510),利用核磁共振氢谱仪 、差示扫描量热仪 、热重分析仪 、万能拉伸试验机、冲击试验机 、热变形维卡软化温度测定仪对 PA 5T/510 的热性能和力学性能进行了分析。核磁共振氢谱的结果表明,成功制备了不同共聚组成的 PA 5T/510;热性能分析显示 PA 5T/510 存在明显的共聚物异质同二晶行为。当对苯二甲酰戊二胺(5T) 的物质的量为 20% 时,PA 5T/510 的熔点、结晶温度、热分解温度随着 5T 物质的量的增加先下降再上升,且都在伪共晶点处达到最小值 207.8,155.8,441.0 ℃ ;力学性能分析显示 PA 5T/510 的缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度在伪共晶点处分别达到最大值 14.0 kJ/m2 和最小值 53.8 MPa。
Abstract:A series of bio-based semi-aromatic nylon, terephthalic acid-pentanediamine/sebacic acid-pentanediamine (PA 5T/510) were synthesized by using 1, 5-pentanediamine, sebacic acid, and terephthalic acid as monomers by melt polycondensation and solution pre-polymerization-solid-phase post-polymerization methods, respectively. The thermal and mechanical properties of PA 5T/510 were analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometer, differential scanning calorimeter, heat loss calorimeter, universal tensile tester, impact tester, and heat distortion Vicat softening temperature tester. Nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy results show that PA 5T/510 with different copolymer compositions are successful prepared, and the thermal property analysis shows that there is a significant isodimorphism behavior of PA 5T/510. When the amount of substance of terephthalic acid-pentylenediamine (5T) is 20%, there is a pseudo eutectic point, the melting point, crystallization temperature and thermal decomposition temperature of PA 5T/510 decrease first and then increase with the increase of 5T molar content, and all reach the minimum values of 207.8, 155.8, 441.0 ℃ at the pseudo-eutectic point; the mechanical property analysis shows that the notch impact strength and bending strength of PA 5T/510 reach the maximum value of 14.0 kJ/m2 and the minimum value of 53.8 MPa at the pseudo eutectic point, respectively.
