双向拉伸PEFT薄膜的制备及性能

摘要:以生物基共聚酯聚 2,5-呋喃二甲酸对苯二甲酸乙二醇(PEFT)为原料,采用挤出流延及双向拉伸的方法制备了共聚酯薄膜(BOPEFT)。通过对 BOPEFT 的结晶性能 、光学性能、力学性能和水蒸气阻隔性能等进行表征,研究了2,5-呋喃二甲酸 (FDCA)共聚单体和双向拉伸的拉伸比对薄膜性能的影响 。差示扫描量热分析和动态热机械分析的结果表明 ,在双向拉伸过程中 PEFT 的分子链发生取向,形成了应变诱导结晶(SIC)。进一步提高双向拉伸的拉伸比,可以增大 PEFT 的结晶度。而共聚呋喃单元因具有高刚性会阻碍 SIC 行为,相同拉伸比下 ,BOPEFT 薄膜的 SIC 结晶度低于双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜(BOPET)。 测色仪、透湿仪、电子万用拉伸机等测试结果表明 ,双向拉伸对于 BOPEFT 薄膜性能的提高起到了关键作用。随着拉伸比的增大,BOPEFT 薄膜的透光率和拉伸强度逐渐提高,水蒸气透过率降低。与相同拉伸比的 BOPET 薄膜对比 ,BOPEFT 薄膜的光学性能及力学性能也均有提升。基于 BOPEFT薄膜的高透光率和水蒸气阻隔性,其在透明光学膜和生物基包装等领域具有潜在的应用前景。
Abstract:The copolyester film (BOPEFT) was prepared by using extrusion casting and biaxial orientation process with biobased copolyester poly (ethylene 2, 5-furandicarboxylate-co-ethylene terephthalate)(PEFT) as raw materials. The effects of 2, 5furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) comonomer and the stretch ratio of biaxially oriented on the properties of the BOPEFT film were investigated by characterizing the crystallization, optical, mechanical and water vapor barrier properties. The results of differential scanning calorimeter and dynamic mechanical analysis indicate that the PEFT chains are oriented and strain-induced crystallization (SIC) occurs during the biaxial stretching process. The crystallinity increases with the stretch ratio. The rigidity of furan units disrupts the SIC processes and the crystallinity of BOPEFT is lower than that of BOPET at the same stretch ratio. The results of the spectrophotometer, the universal testing machine and the water vapor transmission rate permeation analyzers show that biaxial orientation plays an important role in improving the properties of BOPEFT film. It reveals that with the increase of the stretching ratio, the transmittance and tensile strength of BOPEFT gradually increase, while the water vapor transmission rate decreases. The optical and mechanical properties of the BOPEFT film compared to the BOPET film with the same stretch ratio are also improved. Based on the high transmittance and water vapor barrier performance of BOPEFT film, it exhibits the potential applications in transparent optical film and biobased packaging.
