摘要:通过对天线反射面的结构工艺特性的分析,对反射面的制造过程进行研究分析,通过工艺控制,实现对抛物面反射面型面精度的成型控制,可使反射面的型面精度均方根误差控制在0.15 mm以下。所成型的反射面可用于电磁波的接收与发射,完成目标搜索与跟踪,也可用于电子干扰、无线电通讯等领域。 
Abstract:The forming process of composite materials is complex endothermic and exothermic process accompanied by physical and chemical changes, and the residual stress and deformation caused by the forming is the main factor affecting the accuracy of the final surface, especially the undevelopable surface reflector.the surface accuracy is more difficult to control. Through the analysis of the structure and process characteristics of the reflector, the manufacturing process of the reverse side was studied and analyzed.Through the process control, the forming control of the profile precision of the paraboloid reflector is realized, and the root mean square precision of the reflector can be controlled below 0.15 mm. The formed reflector can be used for receiving and transmitting electromagnetic waves, completing target search and tracking, and can also be used in electronic interference, radio communication and other fields.
