摘要:以海豚型按摩器的上壳制品为例,引入逆向设计技术,通过三维扫描仪获得已有样品的点云数据,利用Imageware和Geomagic软件对点云进行处理并重构曲面,并在此基础上进行必要的创新再设计,得到所需要产品的三维设计图。将逆向设计模型导入模流分析软件Moldflow/MPI中并设计出浇注系统和冷却系统,通过注射数值模拟,对关键注射工艺参数进行正交试验优化,根据制品的翘曲变形量选取一组最优的工艺参数,最终设计出一副相应的模具。结果验证,利用此方法可以大大节省模具的研发时间,降低复杂曲面制品的翘曲变形量,显著提升产品质量。 
Abstract:Taking the upper shell product of dolphin massager as an example, the reverse design technology was introduced to obtain the point cloud data of the existing sample by 3D scanner. The point cloud was processed by using Imageware and Geomagic software and the curved surface was reconstructed. On this basis, the necessary innovation and redesign were carried out to obtain the 3D design drawing of the required product. The reverse design model was imported into the Moldflow analysis software Moldflow/MPI, and the gating system and cooling system were designed. Through the injection numerical simulation, the key injection process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment. A set of optimal process parameters were selected according to the warpage deformation of the product, and a corresponding mold was finally designed. The results show that this method can greatly save the development time of die, reduce the warpage deformation of complex curved surface products, and significantly improve the product quality.
