摘要:为降低汽车内饰材料中的挥发性有机物(VOC)含量,采用吸附和机械共混法制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/己二酸二酰肼-气凝胶(ADH-AG)复合材料,并通过差示扫描量热仪、万能材料试验机和高效液相色谱仪等对复合材料的热性能、力学性能和VOC含量等进行测试与分析。研究发现,随ADH-AG含量增加,PET/ADH-AG复合材料的熔融温度和熔融焓值逐渐降低,结晶温度呈现先提高后降低的趋势。ADH-AG的加入能够提高复合材料的力学性能,降低复合材料的VOC含量。当ADH-AG含量为PET的0.75%时,PET/ADH-AG复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值81.13 MPa,VOC含量最低,其中甲醛、乙醛和丙酮去除率分别达88.2%,92.1%和85.9%。 
Abstract:In order to reduce the content of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in automotive interior materials, polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/dionyl hydrazine adipate-aerogel (ADH-AG) composites were prepared by adsorption and mechanical blending methods. The thermal properties, mechanical properties and VOC content of composites were studied and analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry, universal material testing machine, high-performance liquid chromatography and so on. The results show that with the increase of ADH-AG content, the melting temperature and melting enthalpy of PET/ADH-AG composites gradually decrease, and crystallization temperature shows a trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing. The addition of ADH-AG can improve the mechanical properties and reduce the VOC content of composites. When 0.75% of ADH-AG is incorporated, the composites reach the maximum tensile strength value of 81.13 MPa and the minimum VOC content, the removal rates of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone are as high as 88.2%, 92.1% and 85.9%, respectively.
