玻纤增强聚酰胺/酚醛树脂复合材料制备及性能

摘要:通过引入酚醛树脂(PF)来改善玻纤(GF)增强聚酰胺66 (PA66)的耐湿性能和耐次氯酸钠性能,制备了PA66/GF/PF复合材料。系统研究了PF含量对PA66/GF/PF复合材料力学性能、耐湿性能、耐次氯酸钠性能、熔体流动速率、结晶和熔融行为的影响。结果表明,PF可以提高复合材料的力学性能,当PF质量分数为15%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别为190,286,11000 MPa,与不加PF时相比,分别上升了18.0%,17.2%和25.0%。PF可以提高复合材料的耐湿性能,当PF质量分数为20%时,复合材料的吸水率从2.0%下降至0.77%。PF还可以显著提高复合材料的耐次氯酸钠性能,当PF质量分数为20%时,即使经过次氯酸钠溶液处理2周,复合材料表面依然没有明显的腐蚀。此外,PF有效提高复合材料的流动性,并降低其熔融温度和结晶温度。 
Abstract:Phenolic resin (PF) was introduced to improve the moisture resistance and sodium hypochlorite resistance of glass fiber (GF) reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66), and PA66/GF/PF composites were prepared. The effects of PF content on mechanical property, moisture resistance, sodium hypochlorite resistance, melt flow rate, crystallization and melting behavior of PA66/GF/PF composites were systematically studied. The results show that PF can improve the mechanical properties of the composites. When the PF mass fraction is 15%, the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of the composites are 190, 286, 11000 MPa, which are increased by 18.0%, 17.2% and 25.0%, respectively, compared with that without PF. PF can improve the moisture resistance of the composites. When PF mass fraction is 20%, the water absorption of the composites decreases from 2.0% to 0.77%. PF can also significantly enhance sodium hypochlorite resistance of PA66/GF/PF, when the mass fraction of PF is 20%, the surface of PA66/GF/PF still has no obvious corrosion, even after 2 weeks of sodium hypochlorite solution treatment. In addition, PF increases the fluidity of PA66/GF/PF and decreases its melting temperature and crystallization temperature.
