摘要:采用熔融挤出流延法制备聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/磷石膏(PG)复合薄膜,利用热重分析仪、X射线衍射仪及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对PBAT/PG复合薄膜的性能与微观形貌进行表征。结果表明,PG微粉的加入量为40%时,PBAT/PG复合薄膜的拉伸强度高达19.4 MPa,与纯PBAT薄膜的拉伸强度相比提高了42%。同时,PG的加入使PBAT/PG复合薄膜的结晶程度有所提高且有新的α晶面产生。对复合薄膜断面进行SEM观察得出,PG加入量为40%时,PG与PBAT混合较为均匀,分散较好,这与拉伸强度结果相一致,对体系力学性能有一定的改善。热重分析表明,随着PG含量的增加,复合薄膜的残炭率逐渐升高。
Abstract:Polyadipate/butylene terephthalate (PBAT)/phosphogypsum (PG) composite film was prepared by melt extrusion casting method. The properties and micro morphology of PBAT/PG composite films were investigated using thermal weight loss analyzer (TG), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), etc. The results show that when the adding amount of PG powder is 40%, the tensile strength of PBAT/PG composite films is 19.4 MPa, which is 42% higher than that of the pure PBAT film. Furthermore, the addition of PG increases the degree of crystallinity of PBAT/PG composite films and produces new αcrystal planes. The SEM observation of the cross-section of the composite films shows that when the amount of PG is 40%, PG and PBAT are more uniformly mixed and dispersed. This is consistent with the tensile strength results, which improves the mechanical properties of the system to a certain extent. The weight loss analysis shows that the carbon residue rate of the composite films gradually increases with the increase of PG content.
