摘要:以一种转轴零件为例,分析并设计了一套典型的双色热流道注塑模具。利用Moldflow软件分析了聚丙烯和热塑性弹性体双色塑料的注射成型工艺,从最佳浇口位置的选取入手,预测了成型过程中可能出现的各种缺陷,给模具设计提供可靠的技术支持。该双色模具采用旋转型芯式两板模结构,利用液压驱动的侧抽芯结构完成侧面异性凸台、凹槽等特征的成型,使得零件的脱模动作便于控制,滑块的运动也稳定准确。在模具分型面上,还根据零件的外形设计了封胶结构,保证了两次注塑过程产品的完整性。模具经生产验证,工作过程稳定,所成型产品性能良好,满足生产要求。 
Abstract:The typical bicolor hot runner injection mold was analyzed and designed by taking the rotating shaft parts as an example. Starting from the selection of the best gate location, the injection molding process of polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer was researched by Moldflow and the possible defects was predicted which provided the reliable technical support for the mold design. The rotary core two plate structure was adopted by the bicolor mold, and the side core pulling system driven by hydraulic to complete the forming of the side boss, groove and other features. This structure was easy to control the demoulding action of the parts, and the movement of the slider was steady and accurate. On the parting surface, the sealing characteristic was designed according to the shape of the parts, which ensured the integrity of the products in the two injection process. The practical production prove that working process is stable, the product performance is steady and meet the production requirements.
